We’re looking for our client an Inside Sales

Missions :

  • Develop and manage the day to day business relationship with channel partners.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure that partners are fully informed  business objectives and that the partner's focus,
  • Meet regularly with major Certified Partners and Certified Distributors to provide them with regular product updates, key messages and relevant news,
  • Own and drive the roll-out of Partner Direct across the region to ensure that partners have the required level of training and certification,
  • Own and manage the partner on-boarding process for new partners, involving the relevant functional groups as necessary.

KEY DELIVERABLES : 

  • Joint business plans with all certified partners, updated and loaded onto SFDC,
  • Quarterly business reviews with key Certified Partners and Certified Distributors,
  • Quarterly partner events in Primary and Focus markets,
  • Roll-out of partner targets and rebate letters during week 1 of every quarter,
  • Work with sales and finance to agree quarterly partner targets. Update and roll-out partner targets in week 1 of every quarter and ensure that partners sign and return target and rebate letters,
  • Note: It is recognised that we may not have the resources to carry out all of these duties with all partners in all countries, so prioritise effectively and work with local sales teams to help and support them in achieving the channel management objectives, making best use of the resources available, and activities are aligned with objectives,
  • Set-up and own joint business plans with channel partners using the standard EC-Commercial format, and ensure that all partners have up to date business plans loaded onto SFDC,
  • Schedule and facilitate quarterly business reviews with certified partners and certified distributors, involving sales and functional managers as required,
  • Schedule and facilitate quarterly partner events in Primary and Focus markets, involving functional groups (particularly marketing) as required to provide the content and subject matter experts. Events should be aimed at both T1 (Certified) and T2 (Registered) partners.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Inside Sales
  • Bac+5, 5 years in the same function
  • Fluent French, English & Arabic,
  • Excellent track record of channel account management,
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to work across countries and cultures,
  • Strong understanding of operational issues and solutions,
  • Excellent business acumen, preferably with sound knowledge of the Emerging Countries region.
